Authorization for the processing of personal data

In compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 on Data Protection and related regulations, I, as Data Subject, authorize my personal data to be incorporated into a database under the responsibility of RM CHEMICALS, for processing that will include collection, storage, use, circulation and final disposal, for the purposes of administrative management, internal statistics management, quote management, data verification, sending communications and contact through registered channels, own advertising, marketing, citizen service, and the offering of products and services.
Providing information regarding Sensitive Data — understood as data that affects privacy or could give rise to discrimination — or data concerning minors, is optional.
The data subject may exercise their rights of access, correction, deletion, or revocation of the authorization, or file a complaint for infringement, by means of a written request addressed to RM CHEMICALS at the email address info@rmchemicals.co, indicating in the subject line the right they wish to exercise, or by ordinary mail sent to the address: Autopista Norte km 5 vía Bello – Hatillo, Centro Logístico e Industrial del Norte (CLIN), Bodega 25 y Lote 1, Girardota, Antioquia, Colombia, South America.
